When applying for your ration card please keep in mind your respective section or area
Sections :

    1. Gopalapatnam to Dondaparthy,
    2. Dwarakanagar to Aarilova (including Peda Waltair and M.V.P)
    3. Gajuwaka to Malkapuram (including Chengalraopeta, BHPV, Sriharipuram).

You require 3 photographs to be attached with the forms. There are two forms, the smaller one of which is a declaration form. Cost for the ration card is Rs 10/-. There are two separate cards, White and Pink. White is for anybody below the poverty line and the pink is for everybody else. For the White card within fifteen days of submitting the form, the Checking Inspector will visit the given address and check the bonafides. He will also enquire about the head of the family, see if he is present and check the number of children and their age (for both White and Pink cards).

At present the cards are not being issued but applications can still be submitted.
