INGREDIENTS : 
     
    Prawns (jumbo), shelled, deveined --------------- 1 kg 
    Garlic paste -------------------------- 15 gms / 1 tbs 
    Green chilli paste -------------------- 10 gms / 2 tsp 
    Vinegar ------------------------------ 30 ml / 1/4 cup 
    Salt to taste 
    Cornflour ----------------------------- 15 gms / 1 tbs 
    Butter for basting 
    Poppy (Khus khus) seeds --------------- 15 gms / 1 tbs 
     
      METHOD :1. Marinate prawns in garlic-chilli pastes, vinegar and salt
    for 2 hours. 
     
    2. Mix in cornflour, skewer prawns 5 cms. apart, roast on low flame, till crisp and golden
    on all sides, basting with butter. Coat with poppy seeds (optional) and serve hot.
