The annual Rath Yatra (Car Festival) of Lord Jagannath, organised by Utkal Samaj on 4th July, 2008. Raja Pramod Chand Dev Bhanj, brother of the former Raja of Daspalla, was the first to perform puja and he swept the chariot with a silver broom and offered prayers to the lord.
