Vizagapatam Harbour opening ceremony

VizagCityOnline.com has got hold of a rare document - the invitation for the opening of Vizag Port in 1933. In a city not very enthusiastic about preserving its heritage (remember the Panchavati building?), we wouldn't be surprised if this is the only copy now in existence!
